Do you accept returns?

Unfortunately the co-op cannot personally sample/vouch for taste or be an experts on each of the thousands of products we have available. It’s been our experience that all the products carried by The Grain Mill are as good, if not better quality than top retail brands. Please make sure that you’ve done due diligence regarding the type of food and storage requirements for your purchase.

All sales are final unless there is an issue with the quality of the product. If there is an issue, please contact us within 14 days. You will receive an RMA number and return label. Once we receive the product, you will be issued a full refund via the payment method you used.
