Corn Flour 50Lb – Agricor

Corn Flour (F75) is a powdery flour made from finely ground cornmeal and should not be confused with cornstarch. It is milled from the whole kernel while cornstarch is made from the endosperm of the kernel. This flour can be used for breading or in combination with other flours in baked good recipes.
