Portobello Mushrooms are a larger type of cremini mushroom. Closely related to the common white mushrooms, they are fuller in flavor and great for grilling or roasting because of their large size. Use this type of mushroom to compliment grilled meats like steaks, chops, poultry, seafood and even grilled vegetables. They can also be used in soups, stews and casseroles and are perfect for marinating in red wine, garlic and herbs.
