Hi-Active Instant Yeast has an extended shelf life of up to two years, is easy to use and has excellent stability. This product can be used three different ways. First method is to blend thoroughly with flour before adding water. Second method is to mix all ingredients except the instant yeast for one to two minutes then sprinkle the yeast on top and continue mixing. Last method is to blend one part yeast with five parts lukewarm water, wait 10 minutes and stir.
